Folks,
I tried my best to bomb-proof my NB48 fuel tank over the weekend. I replaced the stock clunk line with some thicker line, and added in a "fuel tube grommet" over the fittings as others were suggesting. I also drilled out the mounting holes slightly and used the XRAY fuel tank grommets (
http://www.amain.com/product_info.ph...ting-Grommet-4) for extra shock support. I'm nervous that with these grommets my tank might have a bit too much play. Below is a video of me moving it back and forth. What do you guys think..too much play? not enough? or just right? Thanks for your help.
