If you had a choice between a 417x, 417v5 or a 417 smokem deck which would you choose and why?

I've also heard the 417x deck is stiffer than "some".
How do the 3 decks compare in stiffness and is it better to use a softer deck for a low grip concrete track, running 21.5.
