So its a 3 cell and its at 16 volts...At 4.2 per cell that comes out to 12.6 volts roughly at peak. Is this guy overcharging on purpose just to start a fire. That does nothing but show stupidity. If charged correctly this wouldnt happen.
yeah, that's how I interpreted it. Showing that the packs are "tough" by the duration in which they can survive an over voltage/charge. 'Twas probably a fun little experiment.
