I can already image what feature will be on MegaPicco based modified engine:
Modified head compatiable with Nova plug. 
Could be, I haven't tried it myself though as the weather over here isn't cooperating at the moment. But, if I can find the time and weather, I'll try it.
The combustion chamber explanation is purely based on Michael's theory which he explained to me.
