I was talking to mark pavidis of AKA when they came to FL, and the reason AKA's new evo rims are not roar legal is because the glue bead is slightly to wide. So that would be the reason why the JC wheels new bead you made seem "small".
I have not seen the new JC wheels in person yet, I was practicing with JR Mitch yesterday at NRH, but I was not scoping his equipment out to see if he was testing them, or not.
