Thats air temp not motor temp Punch is down to 70 percent. No timing on the motor and a 16 tp. It is wicked fast. Not too many cars can catch it.

I am melting soldered wires, gluing deans connector together? I am at my wits end to work out a way to lower temps, Esc never temps out, motor dosent lose power but everything is real hot. It is even making a few of my older lipos start to swell.

All comments considered, children please abstain i would like opinion from people who know what they are talking about.

The problem your experiencing is due to the deans not being able to handle the current demand of the motor and esc. Upgrade to ec5 or larger connectors which will have more contact surface and a tighter connection that won't cause them to heat up.
