I'm not into club racing, I'm into racing my neighbour in our street and sometimes do a speed run when the bug bites.

I will get a
SPC LiPo Power, Battery Pack; 6500mAh, 65C, 4S, 14.8V Hard-Case to power this thing and maybe 6s to do speed runs if I can with the right gearing if possible???

Also I think I will get the
Hitec HS-7955TG Digital HT Titanium Gear Coreless Servo
It's got a lot more Torque:
249.96 oz-in (18 kg-cm) at 4.8V
333.29 oz-in (24.0kg-cm) at 6.0V
and hopefully I won't need to run an external BEC??? (Thanks for the tip YOSH70)

The reason I want to go with the
Castle Creations 1/8 Mamba Monster 2/Neu-Castle 2200kV
Is that I have some 1/10 mamba's in some of my other RC vehicles and am happy with them and have a soft spot for them,
What would be the correct gearing for general driving up an down the street (about 100-150 metres long)
Also speed runs in that same distance???
