os .12 xz question?
Im going to start racing nitro again this coming summer. I was running a NTC3 with a .12 tz and i was running around 230 F on avg for temp. Im no pro or serious racer by any means. Im just an avg guy who wants to have fun. I have a Mugen MTX4R now a quality car. I put a .12 xz in it. I know its the new version on the tz. I broke in the engine properly and things. Got everything tuned properly for now till the temp gets warm. But what kind of tune or temp should i be running with this engine. Im running 20% odonnell race fuel. I don't want to tune it on the fine edge of lean. Just want to run where i don't fry the engine.
