Hey guys, thanks to all those that contributed to this thread. I've been playing around with my Sprint 2 for a few months now. So far I've done a front motor conversion, 2S lipo, SW3 w/4600kv motor with a 75T spur, 37T pinion. I've got the timing set to 0*. Also a Fubuta romote and receiver. Can the sidewinder 3 handle a 2.02 gear ratio? Even at the lower kv I'd suggest that you monitor your temps closely when actually running that thing under load. I'd hate for you to burn out your esc. That's never fun. Do you have any method of actually clocking the speed you get? I'm curious to see how it performs, keep us posted!
