That is exactly what I would hav ethought about the kicking except... (And this is why I am asking) I have increased teh weight in the back of the truck (All that Alloy) while leaving the suspension the same. and as I said it is not returning to it's normal ride hight. So I would have thought if anything my shocks were to soft...
The kicking to the side I think is more about the fact that it is going up off uneven bumps, so If I get the tail to stay down I expect the sideways to be no issue...

The left to right weighting on the shocks is the same, so I think that is more just the shape of the bumps I am hitting
