I still think that's not enough lipo for this truck but it may not be the issue. The other guy that posted is way under geared and I think your running the correct 17 to 18 tooth pinion. That will make a difference in the amperage that the ESC is pulling from the pack.
Race spec with more capacity is the pack to have for a heavy 4x SCT.
To test it, put current limiter very low and run it to see if the issue persists. You might want to add a glitch buster to your RX also. Those are notorious for brown outs.
