Oh nellie! You no longer have the "luxury" of driving an Xray.

Wow, how did that car get released!

It has a lot of good design ideas, but boy did they miss on the usability side. To me it looks like they built a kit for the team drivers and decided to let everyone try it.

The setup on that car is way to complex for the average racer that wouldn't be able to notice the difference in the small adjustments that could be made anyway. My 2 cents is that the average racer will have the settings incorrect more often than correct (most likely having the 2 sides set differently) causing them more grief than success. They would have been better off leaving the tuning options in, but replacing the adjustable turnbuckles with solid linkages that optional parts would be bought with say 1 degree differences.

To be honest back in the day a lot of the pro's I raced with would have needed a setup tech to help them get the car dialed into their driving style. Also wouldn't the settings be fragile, with a good wall slap possibly readjusting a linkage for you?

This reminds me of software development in a way. If programmers write a general use software, that can only be used by someone that can write code which is say 8 people out of the 100 targeted users, is it a good product with only 8 people being able to use it? I see the same issue looking at this car, it is close though with some minor changes.

Of course the price is outrageous too.

Just my 2 cents
