"pay shipping to get it and back?" Do you want to send them your built car and have them replace it for you? I have used tekno support just yesterday, emailed them about an issue and they sent out replacement parts, free of charge, internationally, no questions asked. Already posted with a tracking number.
What was your exact problem? It seems very strange that they're asking you to pay for anything that is a known issue with one run of parts. E
specially when noone else has had to pay for it.
