Runner Time is usually a good fuel. I've ran it before without any issues...
The bad batches is the actual problem.
There shouldn't be such a thing as a bad batch. Mixing fuel is anything but rocket science and if you buy good raw materials, the chances that you are going to have a bad batch are very slim.
I had very expensive problems with both fuel brands and since I went back to making my own fuel, everything is peaches and cream again.
