diff2 drops in with no problems...
aside from HPI silver springs and the large diameter spring cups car should be good to go.
i remember having to cut some sections of the top deck for more flex and traction (some when to the extent of cutting the motor mount as well).
a floating servo mount could give the car a more "updated" look to (Smokem makes one without the peg so you don't have to drill a hole in the chassis).
