I've owned the TB03 2 years ago, great car, easy to work on, crazy acceleration, handle well as long as you get your left/right balance right.
My TB03 has the controller and a shorty at the left side, and the servo and motor at the right side.
This way it is perfectly balanced, L/R and F/R.
