No need until you experience glitches originated from motor. The one from keyence is of higher quality, that is it.

Usefull when using a lot of brakes which is one of a good reason for choosing keyence. The easiest is to solder them on its exposed pcb terminals.

Logically yes, but you might not able to feel it and will take more space as this ESC is small BUT not micro size.
