Ok to start with you don't need to run that low at all. I have never rolled over and I run 28mm ride height
Ok back to tank 1mm is no where near enough play.
Use 10mm piece of fuel tube as a cushion and a longer tank screws your tank needs to move a lot mate
I now have well over 4L on this tank running weekly with no problems at all.
Put the longer screw through the drilled out tank holder hole and then 10mm fuel tube and screw it down to just touch the fuel tube and leave it there it will be loose and fine
