I did lose a left front wheel when my blue loc-tited axle screw came apart on the second battery. Assumed it was a bad design like the TLR22 front wheel bolt that does the same thing till you have blue loc-tite'd it a few times (one isn't enough on either). I'll have to check this every battery pack I guess
No kit is perfect and that screw is really short.
