It really doesn't matter what the exact lengths are, it depends on what camber link holes you are in also. Just put them on and thread half way then adjust to where it looks right and add a couple degrees of camber at all four tires. Toe in/out, just eyeball it. Err on the side of looking slightly toed in and that is about 0 degrees.
