The first thing I would do is to see if your esc has an adjustable throttle curve.
The carpet tracks up here are pretty flat, but I'll try to help you out. 3 mm up front is a bit low. I would try 4-4.5 mm, especially if it's bumpy. I run 4.5 on a very flat carpet track. Which tires are you running? You pretty much want to run pits soft F/R.
