SSR mode gives a response time of less than 1 milisecond, but this can only be achieved by using (pricy!) SRG servos.
For digital servos, such as a non SRG Sanwa, or a Savox you can use SHR, which is still so responsive that some people use settings to make it feel slower.
You can use Savox servos, and a lot of people do.
