Every shop/track overhead of rent kills em evrytime, ideal place
Is a paid for location , indoor, outdoor on or off doesn't matter
Membership dues. Cool hard to do with a rented space and or
No location , people afraid paying dues then rent is missed place is gone.
Personal back yards are cool but have a race or two with a PA system
Or handful of nitros and neighbors put end to that lol, basically

That can be commercially used now be time think about a rc park

Big enuff time for a good permanent place . Everyone has a hook up
Far as equipment building tracks , stands. Rc community needs hook
Up for no rent paid for local , I hate getting on site here and seeing post people going back forth over stupid crap, hobby is to be enjoyable, just few cents worth
