I'm having a weird problem.

One of my buggies has a lot of slop in the front wheels. When I say slop, I mean a lot of side to side play. My other buggies have front wheels that feel tight.

The rims are standard white Atomik wheels. I have replaced the bearings with new ones out of the kit. The screws are the correct size. I'm at a loss. I have tried to add a washer (shim) behind the wheel and it was binding. I tried to add the small washer on the front side but it also binds the wheel.

Any suggestions before I go crazy?
