The B5 includes Big Bore shocks and a Ball Diff...same as the B4.2. Pretty sure the only thing the B5 lacks is metal shock caps, aluminum rear hubs, titanium links, and aluminum steering rack.

The B5 lacks some of the "bling" of the 4.2, but the B5 is pretty well outfitted for a "team" level kit. Many are saying this is the best outfitted "team" kit to date. Not much is needed as far as upgrades go on the B5. For more facts there is the official B5 and B5M thread with tons on info.
