That explains one of the sets of wheels I got in that box. They are brand new spoke wheels. I slipped some tires on them and mounted them to the truggy and was like,
So they came off immediately. I figured that they were for maybe a buggy to run in the truggy class or something like that.
I destroyed the original one. Yours I coated the whole underside in a thin layer of shoe goo. That's will keep that one around longer.
