Definitely do not get 1/2 offset wheels, your truck will end up way too wide. My cousin got a pair of 1/2 offset wheels for his Tamiya 801XT and the truck ended up like 18.5 inches wide, significantly wider than his Savage XL. He switched to 0 offset wheels before ever driving the truck.
