As was previously stated, adding weight to the rear may make your nose-down issues worse. In my opinion (and a lot of other folks) the frequent nose-down off of jumps is being caused by rear chassis slap. LOTS of different setup information out there to help with that (Springs/Pistons/Oil/Ride Height). What has worked for me is the 8x1.3 pistons with yellow springs and 32.5 Associated oil.
Are you running 32.5/yellow springs in the rear only or all around?
