Because this will not be an easy task due to how everything bolts together. But the fact remains this is absolutely a design flaw.

The fact that this one issue was inadvertently overlooked does not dissuade my view of the brand in any way as I am sure they will make right what is wrong with the product they are offering unlike some of the other brands we may see in the rc industry.
Well spoken and nice pics this will help the team out west, I'm sure they've seen it. Mind you, they haven't really said much about this which means they are too busy figuring out a solution. Honestly I've seen other issues from other mfgs where representatives and product engineers blatantly told drivers on forums they don't know how to drive or build shocks.

I get getting fired up when it seems like things are being ignored. Its what were conditioned to do by other manufacturers. Try to remember, this isn't another manufacturer. Tekno hasn't done much else like the rest so please allow the guys some time before flying off the handle. We should all know by now we won't hear much of anything until they are positive they've got a solution.

My buggy might be fine but when I set it down I got 1°-2° toe out and then I put it on the car stand I t front wheels look like it has 4° of toe in or more. I never had a losi or a kyosho do this????
Double check and make sure you have the spindle carriers and spindles on the right sides. It sounds like its more than just a shim issue. All else fails post a picture of the tie rod with the wheel off and we can see whats up.
