Particularly because the old topshaft was size to fit into inch bearings and the new topshaft fits into metric bearings. As for the CVA's, the new hub design houses the CVA joint and uses the bearings to capture the CVA pin.

However, any slipper related item, such as the slipper eliminator should work since all of the previous B4/ C4 slipper stuff will work on the B5/M.
