You should probably save the .41c per wheel and put it towards a wheel balancer (preferably Losi) because pocket change are not the "perfect weights" for a perfect balance. That might be the reason your not getting that perfect balance, you need putty to add and remove
I tried the putty. I use automotive LEAD sticky weights and put tape over then,finally.
I built a balancer out of wood and some strong magnets.
Copied the idea from a prop balancer.
