have you checked how much it would cost to make that part from aluminum? I bet it's very expensive. Nothing about that part is CNC Mill friendly lol. I bet to MFG one of those, it will cost you more than the truck itself. The way you have designed that part, it would virtually need a 5 axis mill to complete it (very $$$) when it comes to stuff like this...the K.I.S.S. way of thinking is king....especially if you plan to market/sell things like that.
