I also have a tp610dc.

the reedy uses 4mm bullets or you can use an adapter like I links and use deans connectors. The saddles are hooked in series that mean you are going to jumper + and -. That leaves 1 +/- open on each cell. your +/- goes into those respectively. The balancer will use 2 wires. red to pos, black to beg and the middle wire goes to the jumper. Just like that connector I linked you.
