The mod firmware for Hobbywing has limits on the amount Of boost/turbo to prevent you from wrecking the ESC when using low turn motors.
Use the stock firmware instead to gain higher boost/turbo capabilities. Also, I always ran 15% drag brake on that ESC, but we have a technical carpet track. I'm not sure what kind you run on.
