I've only run savox for a couple years now, so before they where big in North America, and have has 0 issues. They work well, and for the odd issue someone has thats all part of the lower priced products. If you paid twice as much service will be better. Depending on what you run, spektrum sells a lot of the same servo's (like the 6030, 6040 and 6070) as savox at around the same price, just silver instead of orange, and you should get better customer service with them.
