Check that your shocks are all equalized. My car was straight as an arrow on power until my last run- found that the front shocks sucked in a little air over time and had uneven rebound.
You also might try shortening wheel base, go up 1k heavier rear diff oil, 1 step more rear toe, remove the rear sway bar or move rear shocks lower inner holes and front shocks lower outer hole.

Much kudos to the Xray team on the XB4- such an easy to drive fast, durable buggy and so easy to work on too
