Not much, this has been coverd 50x times already, but you'll want an alum steering rack, Kyosho, yaiba and exotek all make them. Many run the RB5 UM521 or 521-1 arms, alum rear hubs are nice, and alum rear hingepin holders, again a few options, Kyo now makes the set with inserts for more options, other wise they have RF/RF2 sets as well as yaiba and exotek's stuff.
I have the plastic bulkhead as spares, c hubs and arms, but have not actually broken them yet, I wore out a set of front arms, still not broken.
Might want to pick up losi 55 pistons, or ghea 4x1.3mm or similar, I never liked the stock pistons.
