I found a great combo that works well. Instead of lowering the roll center like KilRuf does with the 415 blocks, I raise it. I have the Evo4 blocks and I run 1.6mm of shims under the blocks and remove the 2mm spacer under the inner camber link.
Shocks, AE yellow up front with AE 70wt, and in the rear it is AE blue with AE 60wt oil. Swaybars, blue up front and yellow/stock in the rear.
This is for a oneway with mod (yep, our grip is that high!) The car handles exceptionally flat and very stable.

thanks for that advice, will give it a try, do you just shim the front block of the rear as well? Whats the one way mod?
