F104W is essentially the same as F104 but with a wider tires @ 200mm.
IMHO, wider car have better high speed turn in. Narrow cars are better in infield slalom.
Depending on your setup,each car can be maximised to its max potential if dial-in correctly.
Personally i find that F104 has better turn-in than F103, F103 tends to understeer more. just my 2cents
