the reason for the longer bones is (of course) because the total overall width of the diff assy with Yoke/TRF parts is slightly narrower than the oneway. and yes, the Tamiya rings with the double flats work just fine on the Yoke drives. should be from the TA04/414/415 diffs...
i put the reg back on mine after TCS Nats, so i didnt get a chance to try that one out.
I use the bones from an F201 too. I found out that the 46mm ones pop out sometimes with the YOKOMO(when I turn)diff in the front.
