The only Xray springs I have are the stock 2-dots front & rear. I use some TLR but mostly AE's 12mm. Apparently Avid spring sets fit as well. I also picked up the AE lower spring cup retainers as the AE springs are actually just slightly large in diameter then the Xray's, but they don't fall off the Xray spring cups so far.
Oils? I have switched to Core RC oils, they come in cst, so they match the Xray factory set ups - I have 300cst up to 700cst in 50 cst increments (I run outdoor clay and indoor carpet so I need a lot of oil!). Otherwise get AE oils if you can, 30wt to 45wt.
