When I see people have this problem, it's almost always the shock rod end not being installed all the way. If you build the shocks right, shim everything properly and put the shocks in the right place you'll have no issue.
If you try to run your front shocks in the inner hole on the arm you will need to add limiters under the piston.
Take your time and double check your work, that's what I do.(sometimes I get it right on the first try, lol)
You're building a race car, not a monster truck...
On my car I double checked that everything was together properly, and my rod ends were tight, but I still had a problem with them popping out over the summer. I was running 2 limiters, and they still popped after a while. Now the track had a huge quad jump, and they only popped on landings. For me the problem was my rear arms were flexing too much, causing them to pop out. So I replaced them with new arms, and the problem was fixed.
