I think its cool to see different bodies on the track...I just like the look of the corvette /McLaren/ Mazda proto bodies.
+2 (my son runs USGT as well) What I don't like, and I think many would agree, is the guys that just buy a legal body, spray it one color, skip any decals and simply run a clam shell. No effort towards realism. That misses the point of having a scale class. Then its just hardware. The concern about true GT vs. Prototype is shades of gray to me. Of course, the same thing happens in VTA too.
