If you are charging a 5000 mah pack 1C would be 5 amps, 2c 10 amps, 3c 15 amps.
That charger would not even be capable of charging a 5000mah pack at 1c.

Do some people do it...yes, I had a 6500mah pack and my charger would only do 6 amps......6.5 amps would have been 1c. It's not going to kill your pack pre say but you will not get maximum performance out of your packs either.
