i looked into a b4.2 about $30 higher than kit and a sc10.2 about $20 cheaper than a kit. the only real savings would be not buying parts you don't want. i run an avid slipper and different wheels on both, also different body on the truck. on the buggy thats another $30 savings and truck $40-$50.
