After switching to Byron's from VP I had to lean the Hsn and Lsn almost a full turn with both engines I run and that is a sign of a better fuel IMO!
Think about it another way, it could be related to why everybody stresses how important break-in is. Break-in is the absolute hardest thing on an engine, and if anything is going to fail, go wrong, or prematurely wear, it will be during this stage. So it makes sense to change a Rod and bearing as soon as the pinch is gone. Like Houston said in the parenthesis, he has seen bearings prematurely fail, but it is possible it was due to improper break-in.

That being said, I went from Byrons to VP, back to Byrons, then finally to Werks. The protection Werks offers is second to none, may not be the most powerful, or offer the best runtime, but I will never switch back to any other brand of fuel.
