1. Personally, I don't see a clear body that's a front runner over others. People locally (med-large asphalt) seem to like the Civic and GTR. Personally, I've really liked the BMW GTR.
2. I've run as tall as 3.3 FDR, but beyond that temps and lack of low end grunt became an issue. So I wouldn't say it's just a matter of gearing up as high as you can. My experience was with a Thunder Power 21.5, FWIW.
