With the new Ride tires, it looks to me like there is a small groove in the center of the tire but on one side of it is the mold line. Do I need to attempt to file down the mold line or run them as is? I haven't mounted them yet, so it would be easy to remove the foam and pinch the sides of the tire together to make the mold line stand up, making it easier to remove. Do I need to spend the time it would take tho?
i ran them out the pack...it took about 3-5 runs on them to break them in...so if your not racing just practice i wouldnt worry about the seem...but if you tryna run a fresh set on a race day i would file down the seem & soak them in compound to soften them up alil...i got well over 20+ runs on mines & they still look new
