Another big thing that sometimes gets overlooked is how much camber will affect your truck. The other day I was testing a lower rear roll center and forgot to re-adjust my camber. My truck felt super loose in the back (the opposite of what I was expecting) and Danny asked me "What's your rear camber at?" Doh! I forgot to check it! It was only off by about .5 to 1 degree. I fixed it and re-tested, my truck was now locked in.
Just something to think about

Yes anytime you change your geometry always recheck your camber. I find myself going between -1 -2 and -2 -3 front and rear. All in what the track is doing and what you are looking for.
