Hi I raced with my Revtech R-series Maxzilla 17.5 motor with 12.5 HT rotor. I used a Speed passion Reventon Pro. My FDR was 5.57 (78/28) in my Sakura Zero. I had the motor one mark on the + side of the timing from the stock setting. My Esc was set up with 6 ddrs, 100% HB timing, 120,000 Max timing. I came in 2nd in the A-Main in Mod class. My Esc temps was 106*F without a fan. My motor got to 149*F after the 7 min A-main with a heat sink but no fan. The motor had great torque, and good top speed. I also didn't have any motor fade. I am very happy with this set up and plan to run it for the season unless I can find a motor that does better
